Competition Day!

It is 6:15am and Max is on his way to check his weight on the official scale.  He should be right on if not a tad below 73kg.  I found out that he will have 4 matches today.  I have not gotten the details but I know that 3 of the countries will be Brazil, Mexico & Puerto Rico.  Another interesting thing is that one of the new international rules is there is no mat side coaching!  The coaches will be in the stands with the rest of us so they need to be well prepared as they arrive at the venue today!  Max received a phone call from one of his personal coaches last night, Toni Lettner (Germany) running through his last minute preparations and routine for today and of course giving him much encouragement & positive energy! Aaron also touched base with me and wishes him luck as well! Wish you were both here with us....
